3. Black Tea
Black tea is made from fermented tea leaves. Of all teas, this is the most caffeinated. A cup of this tea contains about 40 milligrams of caffeine. Black tea contains antioxidants theaflavins and thearubigins, which help in lowering cholesterol. Studies have shown that drinking three or more cups a day may reduce the risk of stroke and improve blood flow and blood vessels dilation. It has also been suggested that black tea reduces the risk of ovarian cancer to a greater degree than its counterparts.
