When you don’t get enough sleep, your body can send you signals that can be confused with hungry, which causes you to snack a lot more often during the course of the day. It’s been researched and noted that people who get 5.5 hours of sleep or less consume almost 1000 calories extra in a day! Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
