If you have the time and the effort to put out your arms or your selfie stick to take a ton of pictures, then the workout isn’t as effective as you’d think. Better yet, if you feel confident that you don’t look like a wet snail and that you still look your best post-workout, then go ahead and snap a picture. Taking gym selfies isn’t the true essence of working out.
