Yeah, you’ve got big muscles. You put on the heaviest weights on the machines as you work out. But do you put them back where they should be? Some of the most annoying gym habits come from those who load up 200 pound weights and leave them on the equipment as soon as they’re done. It’s like they totally forgot about it or something. If you’re one of them, you should unload the machine and put the weights away when you’re finished.
