Have a cold or some other form of contagious disease? Stay out of the gym. You could infect people, you know. Also, treat the gym like you would visiting your friends- take a good look at yourself and fix your personal hygiene. Take a shower, brush your teeth, comb your hair, put on deodorant, etc. Also, change workout clothes regularly and don’t leave them far too long at the locker.
