Cycling is a well-known low impact exercise, but it gets better. There are now stationary bikes so you can cycle at the comfort of your own home. You get to burn body fat on your own time and not be distracted by outdoor environments. Join an indoor cycling class for more fun! They take immense pressure off your joints but still give you that cardio workout. Stand up for a greater burn effect, but watch out for those knees.
