This powerhouse of nutrition is rich in vitamins K, A and C along with good supply of folate, potassium, iron, manganese, Vitamin B, calcium, zinc, magnesium, choline and phosphorus – all of these nutrients help in proper functioning of your kidneys, muscles and heart. Stir-fry it whole with leaves and stalk or add them in soup or salad.
